PROBLEM 2: 2 UNIT LAPTOP (DELL 3420) CANNOT ON. TOTALLY BLACKOUT.
Tindakan / Penyelesaian PROBLEM 1: ACTION TAKEN
VERIFY NETWORK CONNECTION
ENSURE BOTH PRINTERS ARE CONNECTED TO THE CORRECT WI-FI NETWORK.
CONFIRM THAT THE PC IS ALSO CONNECTED TO THE SAME WI-FI NETWORK.
RECONFIGURE PRINTER WI-FI SETTINGS
RESET THE PRINTER’S WI-FI SETTINGS.
RECONNECT USING WPS OR MANUAL NETWORK SETUP.
ENSURE THE CORRECT SSID AND PASSWORD ARE USED.
UPDATE PRINTER DRIVERS
DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE LATEST DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE FROM THE MANUFACTURER’S WEBSITE.
CHECK FIREWALL/ANTIVIRUS SETTINGS
ENSURE THE FIREWALL IS NOT BLOCKING PRINTER COMMUNICATION.
TEMPORARILY DISABLE ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE TO TEST THE CONNECTION.
TEST PRINTER VIA USB
IF WI-FI FAILS, TEST THE PRINTER USING A USB CABLE TO ISOLATE WHETHER THE ISSUE IS WITH THE NETWORK OR THE DEVICE.

PROBLEM 2: 2 UNIT LAPTOP (DELL 3420) CANNOT POWER ON – TOTAL BLACKOUT
ACTION TAKEN:

REPORT HAS BEEN LOGGED THROUGH THE ISD KPM SYSTEM.
NEXT STEPS (RECOMMENDED MONITORING AND FOLLOW-UP):
WAIT FOR OFFICIAL TECHNICAL RESPONSE/INSPECTION FROM THE VENDOR OR IT SUPPORT UNDER ISD KPM.
DOCUMENT ALL SERIAL NUMBERS AND LOANER UNIT DETAILS FOR RECORD KEEPING AND RETURN TRACKING.
MONITOR TURNAROUND TIME FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AND ESCALATE IF NO RESPONSE WITHIN THE SLA PERIOD.
